  • If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund, return, or exchange.

  • To be eligible:

    1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

    2. The item must be in its original packaging.

    3. Items purchased during a sale or clearance may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Only items that are defective or damaged may be replaced through an exchange request.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with supporting details (images/video).

Non-Returnable / Exempted Items
